Been coming here for the past several times for my oil changes even though I didn't purchase my car at this dealership! The service is 1000% top notch. There's a viewing window you can watch your car get worked on and overall friendly staff and a home feeling to the dealership!

I wish I could give this dealership a zero rating but that isn't an option. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have always been loyal to the Honda brand - although I purchased a trade-in of a different make and model, it was the confidence I have in the Honda brand that brought me to this dealership. I never felt welcomed or valued as a customer. The experience lacked personal interaction and felt rushed and unprofessional. Howard the salesperson did not have any idea about the car he was selling to me and was not very forthcoming with trivial things such as a heavily damaged key fob and soiled driver-side floor mat (noticed when I arrived home). He was more interested in making sure I signed the no-warranty disclaimer than actually attempting to make the shopping experience enjoyable. The finance manager was all business and left me feeling very complex with his approach. My son even commented about his straight business-like demeanor and lack of customer reassurance. I left the dealership feeling like I made a horrible mistake making this purchase and having a sense that there may be more issues with this vehicle that were not disclosed. I also emailed the owner directly and never received a response.

Covid safety practices at Torrington Honda are extremely excellent. While I waited in the waiting room, I observed all are mask wearing all the time and hand sanitizer is available all over and everywhere. Social distancing is especially adhered too and I would recommend going to Torrington Honda without any doubts for your health and safety.
They service at both locations
If it has a chip in it, you need to go to the dealership. Your original keys should have come with a small metal I'd with an engraved number on it. If not, your VIN # should be sufficient. If it's an older model without a chip. Carl's True Value, in Torrington might be able to make you one. They have a locksmith.
