Will this theatre ever get a remodel ? I live near this theatre and I go elsewhere because of the uncomfortable seats and it needs a TLC

The amount of movie goers has declined in past years. I doubt it will be remodeled, maybe torn down. But I still enjoy going there.

Try Gateway. It makes Regal look like a palace.
