Tenora is 100% correct. Also, don't arrive more than 15 minutes before your appointment time. Security will just make you turn around and come back later.
No you do not have to give money for unloads at Ryder. Just make sure you arrived at your schedule appointment time because if you are 30 mins late at times they will make you reschedule.
