I wish i could give zero stars. Totally unprofessional. If you don't like your job, find another job. Don't take your frustration out on customers because you don't want to work. They never answer the phone and I watched them watch it just ring. Worst post office I've dealt with.

Rude to the public! Does not know poster 7. Fire the youtube stars!! It's apparent you need a complete overhaul of your employees and find some that are more professional and fire the carriers who can't deliver mail correctly.

No. The Evans GA branch has a passport counter but you have to make an appointment. You can go to the downtown Augusta office and wait in line,no appointment but depending on day... you may be there a while. Be sure to bring all documents, birth certificate,etc you need,or you will have to make a return visit.
