People do sell them. Just depends on the breed you want. They have different ones everytime I go. Some at the front and some are in shops on a few isles.

Yes but be careful. The people with the bullies and Pits take care of them, but some of the others have really young and sometimes sickly looking pups. Consider getting a puppy from the animal shelter. They will love you forever.
