i have extended service contract but no info on how to obtain service,who do i contact?

Call store you purchased at.

Most of their extended service contracts are through state farm. Your receipt will state you paid for the extended warranty. It will have a phone number to contact. They will require the service contract number and the receipt number with the date of purchase. I've only ever purchased them for my cell phones.

Call the company, if they can't help call Walmart.
