Thank you for the services our dogs at your clinic. But we live 50 miles plus away and to get a question answered, do we have to drive there in person, just to get my questions answered.

If it pertains to the services your dog received or about future services you do not need to drive down in person. If it pertains to questions about your dogs health they may want you to come in, in person. But if it is about his health after receiving their services you will be able to get answers over the phone.
