You just need to go there, that's what I do. They are super busy

You can message them on FB. It takes a while for them to answer but they eventually do answer. Most questions can be found on their website.

Their priority is to take care of the animals they do answer the phone when they have time you just have to be persistent

They don't really answer the phone there

It is best to go into the CAS as care of the animals and those individuals who walk in receive priority over phone calls.
