Call and ask if they've had an animals turned in that have been declawed. If you live outside of Charleston county, you can also check with other shelters as both Dorchester and Berkeley county have shelters.

You would probably have to go to the location to find a cat like that. The Charleston Animal Society would probably not advertise such a procedure done to a cat. It is highly inhumane.
