We grow about 10 different Pluots. You can plant them 2, 3 or even 4 per hole to save space. We grow the Green Gage plum also, but it is self-fruitful & delicious.
Hodges is great for pluots. Not only do they have the current year selection(you can see on Dave Wilson website what every nursery orders for that year) they also container plant the bare roots from prior year and have a pretty big stock of them. This year I purchased a Flavor Queen, Dapple Supreme, Flavor Supreme, and a Weeping Santa Rosa Plum(helps pollinate) for out new house. As always great staff that were super helpful.
