Mr. Tim Bailey. I MUST adamently disagree with you. I Can truly say that your experience is so rare and so unique that it borders on absurd. I have bought my vehicle from Zaki's. The level of honesty this family displays in all their interactions including their repair shop, is without measure. Your experience is unique unto yourself...this family is amazing. I'm sure if you spoke to the "nicely" and explain your concerns they would do everything in the power to make it right! I'm sorry that you are upset, but this business is literally the most honest business out there. It's family owned and operated for generations and they take care of you and are above and beyond honest!
I tend to agree with Robert. They will go out their way to try to help. But, the extra always depends on your communication. We all can run into a disagreement, but to go far as to say they are dishonest. Sounds like someone is caught up in their feelings. I refer Zaki to all my customers
