It is free delivery if purchased from Lowes and the old one taken away!To relocate the old one the cost depends on milage of the relocation!If you don't purchase the product from Lowes,you can to my understanding have them deliver it but you can also hire several other reputable company's that charge depending on milage so they are all about the same thing but naturally some are higher than others!My advice is to call more than 3-4 places and gauge the price from there see in it is varus upon city to city!
