I don't think you're going to find the answer you want on this if I was you I'd contact Best Buy directly I had a similar issue and they were able to take care of it

My sound on facebook has disappeared and I get the closed caption reads. If I go the You Tube the sound is perfect. But in facebook, no sound at all. Wasn't this way a week ago. Don't know anything I did on purpose. Got any suggestions?
