Nope ๐
You will most likely have to contact the phones manufacturer
On cell phones you have 14 days with receipt and 90 days for a regular house with receipt... unless you bought the extra extended warranty then you would file a claim through the insurance.
No. You have 14 Days to return the phone unless you have insurance on the phone. In witch time they specifically say how you are suppose to handle the claim.
I think its only 14 days with receipt but you should automatically have a year warranty through the phone company u got it from. If u got the warranty though walmart then u have to go online and file a clam that's what I'm dealing with too but if not u should be able to use ur year warranty if it will cover it. U will prob have to go through yr online account through the phone company
No if you had dropped it
If its obviously broken from damage, being dropped etc... no, you can try but I wouldn't expect a refund. If it's malfunctioning through no fault of your own, then you probably can return it. I'm not sure if it's 30 days or 90 days nor if there are different terms with electronic devices.
I'm thinking it's 30 day's. What is the phones warranty?
Sorry I don't know the answer to that question.
