The birds they sell are hand raised and astonishingly friendly. As your baby starts getting bigger up the shop, you need to go visit every few days. if you are friendly and just listen to them what happens is they also start to train you. You noticed this when your interaction with other birds in the shop becomes easy you more natural. They also remind you to be close and interactive with your bird as a baby because this will impact what it's like as an adult. It's more than a pet shop. It's an amazing place and I'm glad I went there.
I agree with the last 3 posts, you have to put in work at home because janet and her staff send you home with all the tools you need to succeed
All the birds there are very sweet. And they offer behavior mod if they get aggressive at home
The babies I handled there are sweet. I suppose it depends on how the owner raises them.
