From out of state, but wanted pizza that wasn't a chain. Girl at counter seemed like she didn't want to be there. Pizza came fast but we had to tear it apart because apparently they don't have anything sharp enough for bread. The bottom was a little over cooked and I felt like it had been dropped in a sandbox. Everything was coated in a super fine, gross, burnt grit. The pizza had decent flavor. The industrial fans were so loud that my ears were ringing 10 minutes after being in there and its hot.

I almost never complain when restaurants make mistakes, people are human and mistakes will happen. But, in this case, I feel it’s important. I’ve read reviews on here about vegetarians upset they received meat with their order when they clearly didn’t order meat being a vegetarian. Three times (the first two I let pass without complaining) I have had to go back (which it’s not my mistake, why do I have to use my gas and my time going back to pickup another order?). I’m a lifetime vegetarian and meatballs are being put in the spaghetti I typically order. It appears Tolli’s has issues with vegetarian meals they offer on their menu. Giving the option for a customer to have to go back and Tolli’s so generously remake the correct order and using that as a customer service pitch is a disgrace. That is worse than poor customer service as that is no customer service at all. Remaking the correct order should be an obligation and not spewing it as a “customer service excellence”. And, when it’s your mistake, Tolli’s should be delivering the right order even if the customer did not order delivery. Again, trying to use the “we offered to make a new one” as a customer service pitch is disgraceful. I hope in the future you come up with a plan to ensure customer service excellence, which should either be a credit on their next order or delivering the correct order as making the customer go back to pickup the correct order is mind boggling. I too have a business and ensuring my costumers have the absolute 100 percent customer service experience is and should always be the very top priority.

Ordered a veggie pie. It was delicious. Staff was friendly and the Party Size pizza is huge and enough to feed 7 people.

Tolli’s has some of the best pizza and grinders in town! Highly recommend. They also offer delivery in the evenings!

Hi there, Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you can order a pizza without cheese. Our pizza sauce does have a hint of cheese in it. To be on the safe side with an allergy I would recommend you ask for a pizza with marinara sauce and no cheese. There is no cheese in our marinara sauce or our dough/crust.
Tolli's is currently curbside pick-up or delivery with no-contact offerings. All staff where masks inside and when delivering. To request no - contact it is recommended you pay when ordering via credit card over the phone you can add tip at that time if you wish to. If delivery the driver can call or ring the doorbell to confirm the delivery is left where requested. If pick-up we can place the delivery in trunk or backseat. Thank you and stay safe!
