Get a heavyweight one or try one that hooks to the cage if that can work with your setup. Maybe some new toys and change her cage around it might need to "enrichment" things to keep her busy
It may smell bad us so try clean it with vinager and if it is ceramic add salt to the vinager if it is plastic no salt at all because sketches can hide bacteria then put in boiling water 15 minutes if ceramic if plastic bowel no boiling water just hot water for 30 minutes let dry before feeding. Or the short of it he/she bored and needs toys.
