I made an appointment for 9:45 to have a running light bulb replaces it is now 12:27 and they have not even looked at it yet. They have not even giving me any updates. I have to go up to the service desk again

I worked with Nancy to get on the wait list for a Kia EV6 and was kept updated throughout the entire process. I only had to wait 3.5 months which is peanuts compared to the wait others experienced. When I go to the dealership I was greeted by Eric who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Eric answered all of my questions about how to operate my new EV, how to access information through a Kia app. and some great Youtube tutorials. Tony and Alex in Finance are pros! Professional, courteous, and friendly. Geweke Ford Kia defies the stereotypes of car dealerships with their great products and service. I'll see you there!

My experience here was absolutely terrible. We called to make an appointment....they never asked us what we wanted done. They made us an appointment and we showed up. No one was wearing a mask; the dude tried to get in my car not wearing a mask. I needed the rear shocks replaced and an oil change but they couldn't do the shocks because they didn't ask me when I called what I was making the appointment for so no parts. A blessing that was though, I was able to call Folsom Kia and they quoted me literally half the cost of what they were going to charge me here. They were going to charge me over $1,100 for my rear shocks I got them all said and done for less than $550 at Folsom Kia. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Rude, and uncaring all around.
