What time does the park close ?

I didn't see a sign when it closes. I have seen people there at night, like 3 AM. They were meditating, ect. I don't see why it would be a problem to go there at night. Bundle up, cause it's going to freezing outside.

I think there's not closing time. But it will be very cold at night in winter.
