Do this park have walking trails

It has at least 7 miles of walking trails in several directions.

There are many paved paths in this interconnected park system. All are flat. There are no formal hiking trails, per se, but there are a lot of side paths into the wooded areas

Walking and shared biking trails. No cars..some incline areas
