This place was terrible. I saw these great reviews, booked at table and it went downhill from there. The service was bad and the food was cold. Why the good reviews? I would never go back.

You were obviously an isolated incident. I go frequently and its good end to end.

Not sure why you had that experience. We had a party of 9 and the food was definitely hot despite how packed it was. Seems like a 1 time thing. Possibly bring it up to the Manager so they can check out what happened

It is unfortunate you experienced this. I have been during peak times and had food delays, but it was still delicious and amazing. It did help that our server communicated the issue.

The food at Noble Crust has always ranked at the very top in our experience in this area - hands down. We did have one time when the fried chicken took a really long time and the manager came over, was very honest about why it happened, was apologetic, and more than made up for it in gift certificates. We had one waiter who tried hard and was a little annoying. The overall experiences have been very upbeat and we'll definitely be back.
