As hot as it is in florida i bet over half of the bus stops do not have a bench to sit on.....how pitiful

Having been a driver at PSTA for 14 years just leaving in 2022 there is no excuse for a driver being rude to anyone and that has always been PSTA policy. You are not rude when you are hired. The drivers use to have time to chat with customers but some years back “Scheduling” went to cut, cut and more cutting of the route times so we divers would just “zip it” (the mouth) to try to maintain schedule. As a driver you are lucky if you get time to eat lunch. Have been told if you want a lunch take a split-shift. How would you like that in your job? When you board the bus just tell the driver good morning and their face should smile. I know personally of 10 hour straight work on the route 34 and my back was destroyed because of scheduling. So easy it is that a rude persons mind to be changed for the day. Ok, mask policy some follow policy and some do not so why kick my bus door glass for following policy. In life just breathe in and out and try not to let others ruin your day.

This is by far the worst customer service I have had in a long time. I left my phone in one of there Psta Access vans and the driver had me waiting in the hot sun for over an hour and a half. Then I found out it was dropped off at this location but the young lady who wasn't very friendly or knowledgeable didn't do anything to help me. Next I asked to speak to speak to a manager and after waiting 30 mins for someone to please help me I gave up. Im' so frustrated because my family is trying to get ahold of me! Horrible! Horrible Service!!!!!

Boy do they like to leave families with disabled family members in the cold. THEY DIDN’T TELL US! Now we are trying to figure out how to get a wheel chair bound member to the LTC facility, and we don’t ha e a capable vehicle!

Depending on the route you need
You can take the 68 starts at Madera Beach ,johns pass, to tyrone mall, end of the line, from there the 23 bus to Downtown Gulfport,...There are alternate ways but this the least buses
They only have schedules for Pinellas county and parts of Hillsborough county
All buses qualify for senior discount with proof of senior status (government issued ID, Medicare card, etc.)
