The last 3 time I have been to your restaurant I ordered a medium rare rib eye steak and every time it comes burnt and well done. I'm trying not to complain but you are losing me as a customer.

I have had a few not cooked correctly but they always rectified it and apologized

I always say rare and come medium rare it happened to me also server told me to order rare and it worked for me good luck love their salad bar

I wish i could help. But i always get pasta or something else when i go there

I've had my steak not cooked properly, but when I brought it to their attention they were very polite & eager to cook another plate for me. Always bring it to their attention & give them the chance to correct it.

I have never had a bad rib eye steak I like light pink no blood on plate.

my moms came out perfect a few weeks ago so not sure

We only order salads an burgers

I only go for soup and salad don't know about steaks
