I worked for Mr.Heinz for a very short period of time as a funeral director. Not only did he disrespect me, but Also treated the families poorly. Worst of all, he was disrespectful to the people he worked on in the preparation room. He keeps things from families. Remember the Todd family of Inverness? Remember what you did with that poor women’s remains? I do.

There aren't enough words to express our thanks. David is totally amazing. From the moment he come and picked up our mom he was patient and kind. David went above and beyond. He even came in on a saturday so we could bring mom home. Explained everything in detail every step of the way. I was so focused on Dad and David made sure everything done was done as we all agreed. He made sure we were all on the same page. In a time of overwhelming grief David gave us the advice, direction as well as the comfort we needed. Thank you so very much!!
