Bring your receipt!
Go through the customer service department, if you have your receipt you should have no problem getting a refund or exchange it for what you want. Check out the customer service and they should be able to help you with this.

If you got a receipt and add all the information lands right there's no reason why you can't return it simple and if they don't let you return it then check deeper into it there's a reason for everything
