A small dock would be nice or wooden walkway crossing to other side of park. Concerned about low tide for kayaking so watch your tide charts.

I checked it today and it is now open.

When tide is low are their any issues to launch or come back in on low tide??

I just went down there and it is low tide I just posted pictures on Google you should have no problem high or low tide with any problems this is a wonderful addition to the Tillie Fowler Park
