Just the worst night. Got sat all the way in the back by the restroom and kitchen. Everyone knows those are the worst seats to get. Our server was cleaning and no one told us who the server was so we sat for a bit before they came over. I ordered everything at once when they finally came over. I had water with the 6oz filet and 4oz lobster. I always order mine medium rare. It came out medium. The top of the steak was charred and I scraped some off onto a napkin. I cut it and saw it was only medium. Then I took a bite and my mouth was on fire. Why is my steak spicy? I have eaten at numerous Longhorns across Florida and I have NEVER had a spicy steak. I couldn't even finish it. I just ate the lobster and wanted to leave. My daughter had the chicken tenders and fries kids meal. My friend ordered the 6oz sirloin with Mac n cheese and fries. Their food was fine. They gave us 25% off. But it's just the principal of the matter. There's no reason my steak should have been spicy.

I got a burger at a restaurant. I took a bit then for some reason lifted the top of the roll. There was a dead cockroach sitting on my burger. The only thing that would had been worse would be if there was only 1/2 a cockroach! The manager offered me another one, a burger not a roach. Never went back. You should have gotten your meal comped. Don't they realize how much goodwill & customers they've lost. Tell everyone, I did.
I think it just depends on the server, sometimes I get it and sometimes I don't.
Complain to corporate.
You could call them. But they might not be open on Thanksgiving. If they are ask what they're serving that day.
Reservations not required but you can do call ahead seating if you're going there after 5:30 to 6:30. It gets pretty packed.
