Was the worst experience I have ever had.We were waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru got up to the window the order was wrong. Was never given our drinks so we went inside to get our money back and was not impressed by the cleanliness.

Have been in the store several tomea, they have changed managers and employees since last was there. This time was fast, friendly and the order was correct. The time before had gone in and stood there to place an order, the lady behind the counter said be right with you and 10 minutes later still waiting for here to take our order. Left and decided to try it again as that was 4 months ago. Was very different experience this time.

Between noon and two in the afternoon the drive thru is packed. Go inside at this time. In summer this is high velocity in the drive-thru. Although it's very dirty bathrooms are off putting. Also mostly the staff are overwhelmed and need more workers to carry the load of the high volume times. The managers are unfriendly and are mean to the employees. The salads need better attention but overall it was a good meal. I only had to remove 1/3 of my 🥗 salad before eating it this particular visit.

I've gone there several times when traveling to Houston or Austin. Food's always good, order is correct, and service is good.

Good food good service.

Went there late at night when I had a night job. Everything was great. Order was right. Food was hot & correct. Maybe it was that particular shift that time.
