Disrespected by manager on duty. Claims they are short staffed, which is totally understandable, but I just wanted an apology from their side since our McFlurries had been sitting at the counter for too long and were melted. Then she yelled at me, do you want an application. Total disrespect.

The manager is beyond rude. He followed me out to my car to berate me. Consistency is not something they have in their employees. Waste of a great location! Give us a chick fila or someone who appreciates wise county business!

They closed the dine in at 3pm on Sunday, no notice on the door or app. All app orders for in store pickup will have to get in drive through. While all the drive through order were done and left, I still waiting for my order. Do not come to this location, it's really bad.

It is like all McDonald's fast food restaurants. Which is not a bad thing, the consistency is what I value in a franchise. I got breakfast here and the drive-thru line moved fairly quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful . The pancakes are not bad but also not great. The pancakes looked good but the the first bite of disappointment gave way to the taste of mediocrity.
