I called to ask a question, Amanda picked up and asked me to hold. She helped the entire line at the register, chatted with everyone and left the phone lying on the counter and walked away. When I called back the line was busy.

The line was busy because she never hung up the phone. So when you called back the circuit was open giving you a busy signal

When I was there a week ago on vacation all the staff never showed up so the manager was doing everything. I know they need help. He was very friendly. I felt bad for him. He had to wait on people, cook, answer phone, clean tables etc.
