We never get to eat boston market as we don't live close but we will always stop by one if passing one. The drive thru was so bad that 5 cars left the line. One even jumped the curb to get out. I don't understand why it's so long for food that's already made. Seems like management just does not care. Don't bother stopping here unless you have an hour for fast food

Horrible service in drive thru today about an hour ago. No spoons. no gravy for mashed, no crackers for soup. chicken cold! No utensils drive thru woman was rude poorly dressed not any energy,enthusiasm or effort! I specifically said through drive thru speaker to don’t forget gravy! And then almost everything else is forgotten. I love Boston market food. This is just poor cs I hope. Will try other time

I had previous enjoyed coming to this restaurant, as it was a quick way to get a good sized meal, for a reasonable price... However, as time wears on both the quality of food and most certainly the quality of service has taken a nose dive. The food is just not the same, either over cooked or just simply burned, which if you aren't paying close attention will ruin your meal once you take it home. The service is just as horrible. How many times is acceptable to tell the person behind the counter that a meal is to-go? Three times? Four? Six? Eight? At some point, it becomes annoying, even more so when an order also needs to be repeated that many times. Tldr: Food is no longer good, service equally bad. Just pass and go to a formal restaurant.
