We were not impressed with the food at Rossi's also they want to up charge for things that usually come with the meal. Joeys is MUCH better.
I would ask them. Then you can decide if you want to go there anymore. I've found the food and especially the marina sauces to be as good as ever lately.
The food has gone downhill the last time I was there I ordered eggplant parmesan it was bitter and the sauce was nasty I have not had a good experience the last two times I was there
Ask them for what you want, many different styles of preparation but they must be doing something right if you've gone back several times, I have requested changes in prep many times and they always get it right
The food is absolutely delicious. The service is great! My favorite place to eat!
