Went their today, Couldn't get any change back from my order, because the cashier didn't have any in her drawer? What kind of store is this? Shelves empty all the time, never enough cashiers and can't get help from people who don't speak English!

I shop at this store weekly and have never had that experience. Maybe the fact that today was the first day of school for Duval County had something to do with empty shelves. I would have sought the store manager and spoke to them.

Yes and Phillips Highway Walmart is a excellent store sometimes they run low on stock but the area is pretty busy all in all a good place to shop
