I have a Samsung 27"lcd HDTV that was purchased 10/29/17...Comcast came over yesterday and showed that cables and hook ups were fine but that the TV was not functioning. found the receipt, have the clicker and TV, no more box, can I return?

Yes, you may take it back. However, if you didn't purchase the extended warranty you'll have to contact the manufacturer of the TV set.

You should be able to exchange for saying TV though you should have warranty
