How do you actually get an associate to answer the phone? I have called several times and it rings 20 times then goes to a busy signal!

Try pushing 1 of the department #. Walmart has gotten rid of so many people on the floor there's no one to answer the phone. Call the home office. 1-800-walmart. I called & complained about self checkouts. I told them if the wanted me to scan & bag my own groceries they need to give me a discount. Good luck!

Call Pharmacy or Electronics and they will get you connected you can even call the tire center there is always an associate at the desk
