We chose this gym because of the location. The gym is clean the noise level is minimal. It's usually pretty busy inside but there are always machines available. The massage chairs are comfortable. The hydro massage is wonderful.

The one thing I have to say about planet fitness at least in Jacksonville Southside area. As I've been coming to planet fitness because I was in an extreme accident. I was paralyzed fake spine. And not motivated. As I visit a lot of planet fitness. Different places have different vibes. But the planet fitness on Beach and San Pablo was managed by a man named chris. This man would always be cleaning even getting down on his hands and knees to the point of scrubbing bathrooms in which who wants to do that. But the respect of a manager who gets in there and does it and always has a conversation with you always wishes you a good day and always remember your name. Is a line of comfort. This planet fitness isn't the closest one to me. Occasionally I visit the planet fitness in regency Jacksonville. But the best thing about my luck is. The employee who makes my experience good at the beach and San Pablo. That manager has been transferred over to regency. This man changes the vibe to a gym. He was one of the main reasons why I went to the other gym at Beach and San Pablo. Because of his leadership and his expectations of employees. I couldn't be more happy when I saw him here in regency. I visit everyday. And the second day I saw him he's in the bathroom scrubbing cleaning. Which I can respect a manager or an employee who don't just take it in their power to delegate. But to accept that he's just as equal as the other employees. In which he will do the dirty Jobs and still keep a smile on his face. All I have to say to this manager. Chris thank you. You do more than just motivate me. You make my experiences even on my bad days worth coming to the gym. And when you see me struggling you will always come and motivate and encourage. I've only gave out two reviews in my life. But this employee should be the name and the face a planet fitness. He exceeds the expectations I'm not only being a good boss but a motivator and encourager in which he believes and gives confidence into my experiences when I need the most. But most of all he judges no one and he appreciates everyone. Thanks Chris for just being you.

Clean, nice, pleasant staff and members! Realized that I forget my ear pods 2 days after and found them keeping it for me; what's better than safety and honesty!! The only 2 thing I would recommend is cooled filtered fountains than the current one, showers needs cleaning and clothe dryer!
