It’s the same after 2 years. I tried to get the person who answered the phone to give me the local store number, but she claimed they don’t have it. I hate liars! The last time I was there, they were answering the phones, so I know they have a number. I tried to find out the availability for a new phone before I drive 20 miles one way, but the person barely spoke English and didn’t answer my questions. After 3 times, I asked her to connect me with someone who would answer my questions and she tried to hang up! This is NOT customer service!
I have terrible internet service; WIFI keeps cutting out. I have my own Modem. Does Comcast Xfinity provide their own modem now free of charge (not rental)
We just canceled our service with them. The store in Lady Lake, FLORIDA didn't get the cancellation completed. I was on the phone for a couple of hours getting the cancellation completed. Crazy!
Your question is posed to other Google users. It doesn't go to Xfinity. Thus, you are complaining in the wrong direction.
Everything about Xfinity is a headache. Worst company ever. Very bad experience. Wouldn't even recommend Xfinity to my worst enemy if I had one. Phone system very difficult. Lots and Lots of hidden fees.
