There are no public transportation buses that go by the Bill Library. However, there is a bus route (SEAT Bus Route #2) that goes between Norwich & New London via Rt. 12 and Groton. This bus would travel through Gales Ferry and you would be able to visit the Gales Ferry Library located within walking distance of Rt. 12. Please check the SEAT bus route schedule to verify.
