No. Appointments are not necessary.
There are no public transportation buses that go by the Bill Library. However, there is a bus route (SEAT Bus Route #2) that goes between Norwich & New London via Rt. 12 and Groton. This bus would travel through Gales Ferry and you would be able to visit the Gales Ferry Library located within walking distance of Rt. 12. Please check the SEAT bus route schedule to verify. I hope you find this helpful.
Any media materials such as DVDs, audio books and music CDs need to be returned inside the library.
Yes, we are doing the summer reading program "Libraries Rock!" We own the book "Awkward". One of the prizes kids can purchase(with a Book Buck that they earn for every 60 minutes that they read) will be a lottery ticket to win a Kindle. Nancy Brewer Children's Librarian
