does anyone answer phones at this store? tried calling all depts and no answer? is this the wave of their customer service for future? cashier charged me double on 2 items and sold me something broken. how do i prove this? why i won't be back

they are short handed but I would take whatever is broken back..n receipt n have them give you your money back...i would.
