Got charged $25 to rinse my car for 4mins. Idk if it's going ro change because charge is on hold but $25 for 4 mins is a joke

They only hold that amount until they clear it out. I'm a Uber/lyft driver They hold 10 everytime to just vacuum

I have a membership with your company and use your Car Wash in Etters reguarley. My question is on the upper level car washes Ultimate and the one below it does the car wash use a pre-acid cleaner for the wheel blasters or the pre-soak?

Hi Keith, Our wheel blaster uses only high-pressure water, But our pre-soaks work like most touchless carwashes. We have an acidic pass and then an alkaline pass, and then it will go through the normal wash cycle. and this is true for all wash packages. Have a Great Day
