Corporate should get involved, it's pretty sad reading all the reviews on this location.
Customer Service is pretty lousy, they have never picked up the phone when I call to make a order before I get there. Only Beltline and Story Little Caesar's are the ones in aware of. Maybe give Pizza Patron a shot down the road.
Horrible place, should put people who really want to work, I made an order of 10 pizzas for 7 pm., I asked for it 2 hours in advance, we arrived at 7.15 pm. giving him a little more time and there were approximately more than 6 people waiting for the pizzas, at 7.40 p.m. I asked for my order and it was not ready, my order was 6 peperoni 4 cheese, they started to discuss the cooks with the girl who serves at the counter and she pulls out 10 pizzas from the hot box, all cheese and when I tell her that It's not my order, it takes them back and one of the cooks starts throwing the peppers to the cheese pizzas and gives them to me, it is also saying that I did not bring what I ordered .... I went to the pizza standard 8 at night, one last comment one of the cooks went to smoke and buy at the gas station and return as if the place was empty, and there were people waiting outside to enter xq inside was full ...... I really do not come back anymore there
