Nope! Not Chicago style pizza! In Chicago, we lead with the sauce. Where’s the sauce?! Ordered EXTRA sauce and this pizza was dry as the Sahara! Never again!

I tried Chicago Pizza Las Colinas for the first time today. It wasn’t very busy when we visited and the gentleman behind the counter greeted us as we entered the restaurant. The place seemed well-kept and clean and we did not experience the “rudeness” or lack of service a lot of reviews have stated. There are three pizza sizes and lots of options for toppings - all pizza are deep dish. A 12” pizza was about $22. We also ordered some buffalo wings which are baked, not fried like other pizza places. They were pretty good, but without a doubt expensive. The 10 wings were $19.99. Overall, the restaurant was clean, service was very good, food tasted great (especially the Chicago Bulls pizza), but the price point was a bit of a turn off. Also, if you’d like water there is only bottled water so either way you’ll need to buy a drink. I’d visit again but probably just stick with a pizza only and skip the wings.

I had a terrible experience at this place. I went there to order a to-go. There was no one else in the restaurant, other than an old man with beard standing at the counter. I went straight to the counter and asked him for menu card. He reluctantly grabbed it from below the counter. I asked him, which chicken pizza he would suggest me to order, to which he replied “he is not paid to make suggestions on the orders.” OK, fine. I ignored his rude response and started looking at different options. I selected one of the pizzas and asked him to add it to the order. After that, I immediately started looking at the menu card to order some appetizers, BUT this counter guy aggressively took menu card from the counter and threw it below it. I politely asked him to give me menu card again. He gave it to me with hesitation. I added chicken wings to my order and was looking at the menu card to add some beverages. But, again same thing happened and this old man took menu card from the counter even more aggressively this time. I questioned reason for such a behavior, but he didn’t reply and walked towards kitchen door to give instructions to someone in the kitchen. As he came back to counter, I asked him to cancel my order and started to walk out. After which, he had an evil laugh and shouted some gibberish towards me..

Warning, do not come here. Husband ordered a chicken Salad today. $14 salad which would be fine if it was $14 worth of food. There was maybe 1 chicken strip worth of chicken on this salad, if that. He tried to give it back and get his money back but because he opened it, he wouldn't do it. This was the owner. Very bad service and food.
