I ordered and paid through the app. I had to pull into a curbside space while I waited. They forgot and I called. A young man by the name of Robert made my order and he made it correctly and did it without hesitation. I was angry but he was so fast and courteous I couldn’t even be mad. He made it worth the wait. Young Hispanic guy with glasses. Lil Robert. That’s my fren.

One of the best McDonald’s outlets, drive thru is usually busy but their service is top notch, quick and courteous. Whenever I’ve asked for ‘well done’ for fries or Hash Browns, they always do it unlike some other outlets in Plano who don’t care for their customer’s needs. I love this McDonald’s.

I went to this place pretty late at night was just getting off work. There was a little bit of a line and a little bit overweight because their system was down because they are open 24 hours they have to trick the system and they have to do backups and updates and everything like that so it was just a bit slow due to them having to do everything by hand and they could only take cash at the time which was not a problem. Been to this establishment plenty of times and the staff was very friendly they wore masks they double check to make sure you were okay with paying by cash due to their system being down. Food was very hot was good had no issues with the food which is great because at some other establishments that are like this one not had very good luck it's like a hit or miss very clean and well presented outside wise from what I could see it was very clean inside as well I went through the drive-thru.

I went to the McDonald’s on beltline and walnut hill on my way home from work. When I got home I settled in and took the two Big Macs when I took a bite I discovered they didn’t put my meat patties on both my burgers I called the McDonald’s to complain they ask me for a receipt but they failed to give me one so they were not able to help me since I didn’t have proof of purchase I will not go to this McDonald’s again
