Okay so Chick-fil-A why you do this, so we came to this new location to dine around 9pm and they closed the doors on us sadly. I couldn’t believe it because even the hrs at the door says dine in 9am - 10 pm . This is crazy and I really hope management do something about this 🙁

Drive thru doesn't handle food to car. Good system with the containers.
Yes you can. There menu is served all day except for breakfast. I have gotten a combo meal before 11. So yes.
There's a lot of apartments in the area. The only other chicken place even close is KFC and they are not so good. If it's around 12-2pm I would go about 10 minutes down the road on BELT Line to Churches Chicken. They're cheaper but not quite as good as Cick-fil-a.
