When I asked early on, they said they were rolling out their hours slowly. We should definitely let them do so at a pace that lets them learn how to handle big rushes. I once dined during a busy period, and it took well over an hour for my order to come to my table. I still love the place and only visit when I have a flexible schedule.
I asked about the hours when we were there last week. The response was that they expect to extend to Fridays soon. I hope so, but suggest that more people express an interest so that, perhaps, it will happen.
Pulse is closed Friday evening and Saturdays for the Sabbath.
Their hours have already expanded significantly within the past few months. They used to only be open four hours during the week and now they are open 9 hours. The Sunday brunch is the best time to go as far as what their menu offers in my opinion but that also appears to be their busiest day. Theyre open from 8am to 2pm on Sundays and 11am to 830pm Mon-Thurs
Thanks. Usually the test of a restaurant is how well they do on a high traffic night like Friday or Saturday. It was surprising to me that they wouldn't be.
As business and customers increase, they will accommodate with more hours. As a new business, financially it may not make sense to be open as much.
