If i purchased a pre ban weapon, do you do the paperwork, do I have to do any other paperwork with the state

the firearm must be shipped into the state to an ffl and they will accommodate the firearm transfer to you.

You can purchase a pre ban on a ct pistol permit. Just like purchasing a pistol
