Can I bring in my own jewelry for a piercing or do I have to get it from the shop?
With being 13 years old and having your parents consent it's possible. I do know they have restrictions for which piercings you can get even with consent though not sure about which part of the lip or lip in general. Me and my wife took my daughter for a helix, she was 14 at the time. They didn't allow her to get an orbital due to her age, she needed to be 15 or older. Also not sure if this differs from shop to shop.
