I purchased two ATRIUM White 760 Sieres Twin Casement windows from Lyon & Billard in East Hampton, CT. I have called Lyon & Billard six times over the last month and requested service assistance with a window that will not open. The windows were installed by a professional and the Building Inspector told me that the windows are installed correctly. Lyon & Billard is not providing service assistance.

The loaders and forklift drivers that unload are extremely rude with attitude.

We bought windows from L&B and they are terrible. The seal between the glass leaked within two years and the windows look dirty . Everything we purchased from this company is disappointing. When there’s a problem they don’t respond to the complaint. I would not recommend buying any building supplies from this company.
