May to Septemberis not an issue with traffic. Have lived here almost 30 years!
There is always traffic issue on Estero Blv. Bike, or walking is best option.
July is not considered in season
In March the traffic is awful, not helped by the road construction... I would recommend a bike also.
Traffic is ALWAYS bad on the island. Get a bike!!
I don't think so! We went there on July and traffic was OK! It was super hot and the beach was nasty because there was a storm forming!
